We tell stories that travel through our differences in order to find a shared humanity. We strive to inspire marginalized groups to reimagine themselves and find their own voices.

We believe that a strong democracy requires us to be in tune with life as it’s lived in our communities. We must experience the reality of people who are different than us so we can understand their point of view.

Maybe we can change their minds, but maybe they’ll change ours.
